Tuesday, September 1, 2026
Weekly live miner call. Watch the stream, chat with miners, submit and upvote questions, and vote in live polls.
The Season 4 kickoff call welcomed everyone back to mineTXC with a strong sense of momentum and purpose. The hosts framed this season as a fresh chapter for the community, centered on building honest money, growing the network, and helping more people understand the value of TEXITcoin mining. They also highlighted the new LevelUP compensation plan, explaining how the updated structure is designed to reward consistent activity and team growth through binary point thresholds and clearer advancement goals. The message was simple: stay active, stay engaged, and keep moving up together.
A big theme throughout the call was Marathon Week and the energy it has created across the platform. The team encouraged members to use that momentum to invite new people, keep mining, and show up for the live calls so they can stay plugged into updates, training, and recognition. The tone was upbeat and forward-looking, with a strong reminder that this season is about steady progress, community support, and building something bigger over time. The call ended with a clear push to keep the momentum going and bring others along for the journey.

Man, we're having an identity crisis. We got to figure out who we are when we grow up. Iskander, Texacoin, MindTXC, ZeroChill, CryptoU. My new favorite word is ecosystem. We've just got so much. We have no choice but to embrace the word ecosystem. What's up, everybody? Bobby Gray here, joined by my... Besties. I don't know if all of you are officially tagged besties yet, but these are my favorite people. Thanks so much for tuning in. It is Tuesday, probably September first, where you are. Seven PM central time. Today's exciting because we're kicking off season four. We'll get into that in just the next few moments. I'm going to be extremely distracted as we get this call started because we've got so much tech stuff going on right now. i want to show it all to you i couldn't test some of it until we went live because we got a new cafeteria set up uh atlas shrugged inspired thanks to my man gage but uh but we got a lot going on and i'm just starting on coffee number two so welcome to tonight's call hello everybody hello hello good evening hey It's been an exciting week. Why don't we go through real quick and just give us a thirty second about your week. Who did what? Matty, you were somewhere. Eddie was somewhere. Thomas read some Silver Guards of the Riot Act. What's going on? Cory's got pneumonia. Cory's decided to like throw every single one of life's challenges on top of him at one time. He's like, look, if we're going for it, I'm going all the way. Tell me what's going on. I got to start on cup of coffee number two and check our tech stuff to see if it's working. Yeah, so I'll say real quick. We can go like clockwise or counterclockwise. We're going clockwise. Matty's going first. Let's have Matty go first. So I had the chance to represent Texacoin at the United We Stand tour at Shelter Island, New York. And this is in close connection with Ron Paul. He gave the opening talk and is well connected with the organizers. And the organizers were so grateful to Texacoin for being the headline sponsor. And I spent two and a half days out there brushing shoulders with all these influential people, kind of a small group of about thirty or forty people. that are doing things in politics, in tech, in health. And yeah, everybody was super excited to learn about Techs at Corn. And one of the things that you're working on out there is getting us more guests lined up for Honest Money Live. That hasn't started yet. It's not going to start for a couple of weeks because we want guest number one to be somebody special. probably already know who we're talking about. I won't mention the name today. It's already confirmed. We're just waiting for their big events to wrap up, which you guys are going to this week as well. Without mentioning names and without mentioning events, we're looking for more people to help carry the message of honest money to the masses. On Thursday night, I've got a marathon week lined up for us. We have so much to talk about, like too much. But on Thursday night, I'm going to talk about where I started this journey, two thousand and eight, the march for the revolution in Washington, D.C. And I got I found some photos and some video about it the other day, the rally for the republic in Minnesota. You know, I want to take you kind of on a walk back in time and show you how these dots between where I started back in two thousand and eight. What's that? Eighteen years ago. And where we are today, match, line up, connect so perfectly. I mean, just flawlessly. Because right now we're going through, like I said, this identity crisis. We've got all of these things. We started one place. Now it's totally different. But I want to show you how we got there. And as part of that, you know, I want to talk about the community of people that got excited back in two thousand and eight because of this message of peace and prosperity. I mention it. You guys hear me talk about it all the time. We're spreading this all over the world. And it's like, dude, shut up, man. We're doing crypto. It's not honest money. We're just trying to get rich off crypto. That's all we care about. That's it. It's like, OK, all right. But look, There's a foundation that sits beneath this whole thing. It's the thing that keeps me and this team here going strong when the going gets tough. There's a message that matters. There's a message that I caught in two thousand and eight that lit a fire inside of me, a passion that became my adult life work. And I want to show you guys where it all began back in two thousand and eight. And I want to bring that back. We'll get more into it on Thursday. But that's what's coming back, that excitement about what it feels like when you know what peace and prosperity actually is for you individually, what it means for your family, what it means for your community and what it means when that message resonates with other hearts and minds and people get excited about it. That's Dexacoin in a nutshell. As my man Gage likes to say, that's what happens when you take that message of honest money, the message of peace and prosperity through fiscal responsibility and financial sovereignty, and you pair it up with this financial technology that's fallen into our laps. We still don't know Satoshi Nakamoto. We still don't know how it happened, but we know that it matters and we know that it's real and we know that it's important. us, for our communities, and for the history books. Get more into that on Thursday. But that's where we're lining up. We're trying to get that message projected far and wide. We caught on to this live streaming thing having five, ten, twenty times more impact than like posting a video link two days after it happened. Proof of no edit reigns supreme in the interwebs. We're here. We're real people. It's not AI. And we've got a great message that everyone can hear. Everyone can listen to. Everyone can get something out of. And so that's Honest Money Live. That's my man, Matty. You're going to be producing it with me. You're going to be inviting guests. We're going to be helping them get connected. I might even have to ship you off to some part of the world to set up a guest. And get them connected. It's good and it's real and it's happening, guys. It's all happening. So thanks, Maddie, for getting out there. Appreciate you connecting with our friends and making new ones at the Shelter Island event. Thomas, what's happening in your world, man? You read our Silver Guard the Riot Act the other night and I was impressed. Tell me about where that came from. Well, I appreciate it. It's really just leaders trying to lead. And there's a lot of people that just want to be a part of this mission. And we just want to make sure that we're setting the right example, setting the right foot forward. And it's time to be real, real serious because we've gone through a lot. and and and now it's time to be real serious about our family's futures and about the leadership of other people because we've had to turn some frowns upside down and and and and we just got to continue to turn those frowns upside down and that's going to take proper leadership and i i just said you you know basically hey um uh you guys are the elite of the elite and and let's be the elite of the elite and let's have some fun and uh and and it's been a blast and so yeah You know, leading with everybody, with all the people on this panel and watching everybody grow. The compensation committee met today as well. That was kind of fun. But we're all waiting to hear from Bobby. So back at you. Bobby's back. Bobby's back in a big way. And, you know, look, I started this thing. I knew nothing. I knew very little about crypto. I knew very little about mining. I knew even less about network marketing. And I put this thing together based on things that I had seen in the past that were successful. They've crashed and burned, studied the heck out of them. And I said, if we do it like this, I think we'll make it. And it worked really, really well. But not perfectly. We had plenty of places where we got tripped up. We had plenty of close calls. We had plenty of things that would have put us in the gutter, if not for the sheer willpower of some great people, myself included. I'll pat myself on the back there a little bit. But now, holy heck, do we have some really great people that are experienced, you know, and not just experienced in the realm of network marketing, which we're going to talk way more about than you probably want to hear. Yeah. to the people out there in New Orlando. But we're also experienced now in mining. We built multiple containers, multiple transformers, multiple installations now. It started in a garage, and now we've done it. We're one of the few people on planet Earth that's actually built this stuff. We know how to do it now. I remember when I built my first mint. I moved into the building on July third, It took me almost an entire year to make a single coin, you know, a single blank coin, not even stamped with a design on it. Took me almost a year to make my first round blank disc. Well, then I started another mint years later and it took me like three weeks. And when you do it, you learn your experience. You got it. And the experience and the leadership that we have now, Thomas, with you setting the standard is unreal. I'm almost worried for Shauna and our operations teams. I remember what it was like trying to staff up and grow fast enough to meet the challenge last time around. And that's not my problem. It's Shauna's problem now. So Shauna, you spent a couple of days in McKinney working with the people in the shipping department at the Biz Park Fulfillment Center. Any other things that you learned or experienced while you were out there? Yeah, it's been great. I mean, obviously I'm in my fourth week of the new role. The first two weeks I was getting acclimated from home, jumped on a plane, came to the Windstar event, and then have been spending time with all my peeps in Texas ever since. So I did the thousand mile two-day mining tour that I shared pictures with all over Telegram and the different groups. Also have that turned into a video. And then I've been spending time in headquarters and now in Biz Park and the different mining facilities, just kind of getting to know everybody, making sure that I hear them, I see them, I understand what's going on and kind of setting a little bit of understanding of how I lead and what my expectations are. So I'm having a blast. I get on a plane to go home tomorrow night and I will say that I'm not ready to go by any means. So Bobby, we might have to talk about an apartment or something. It's in our future for sure. There's no way that you're not going to be here night and day as this thing gets cooking again. Have you ever seen those memes or those pictures on TikTok where it's like one side of Texas to the other side of Texas is like, New York to San Francisco. Like you can drive all day and not make it through. So you went through visiting the sites, getting a lay of the land, taking pictures that are going to make it onto the website because we've never done that. We talk about building a mine. Oh, we're experienced now. We know how to build a mine. where is it bro well didn't you take a tour and like put your finger in it and check it out um well no maybe maybe you didn't maybe you're on the other side of the world and you have yet to you know come out for a mind tour as we were drilled about in court some time ago i want to show you guys real quick um the mine txc page if you are a miner and you've got a login you can go to the cafeteria If you click on that, you have the ability to go down to the bottom and put in a question for the host, or you can participate in the live chat on the side. So check that out. It's there right now. It works. I just tested it. This is one of the features that I was telling you I wanted to test. And it is there. And so it works. So we're live now. Enter the cafeteria. Okay, Shawna, thank you for that. And like I said, start apartment shopping because we're back. Jay, Eddie, what's happening in your world? Eddie, you were out there in Minnesota with Jimmy. I was in the great state of Minnesota and had a nice time visiting with the great Jim Harstad and his crew. They were very... Very attentive, very enthusiastic group, and they're much excited about what lies ahead and had some great questions. Don't do that any justice. If Jimmy was here, Jimmy would be like, we had a good time. It was awesome. Jimmy and his people are really high energy. That's not what I said. That's exactly the opposite of what I said. I didn't say anything like that. are here to teach us about the importance of ranks recognition and rewards i've never done this before now i've got some really great people that are helping me do this yeah for sure and jimmy is charged with making sure that the community that's helping us build and grow is adequately, sufficiently, and correctly recognized for that work, rewarded for that work, and paid for that work through our new level up system we're gonna get into in just a little bit here. So thanks for that. Jay, anything new with your world? You're getting to the office of McKinney on a regular basis now, keeping an eye on things, making sure that money's not walking out the door, making sure that people are doing something close to what they're supposed to be doing. Anything else insightful? Yeah, I've been working closely with Sean and Steve. When the cease and desist hit, we all kind of came to a screeching halt. And at that point, we'd been kind of, as Tim likes to say, drinking from the fire hose. So there's lots of stuff that wasn't getting organized and wasn't, you know, being put away or put in its place. So especially out in the Mansfield mine. So we've been really working hard on that, Steve, especially. um and i've been getting up to speed on some tasks you assigned me and all that sort of thing and jumping in on the help desk when i can answer stuff that other people don't know the answer to or haven't gotten to yet so it's been a kind of a baptism by fire but it's fun i've enjoyed getting to know the office staff better and i'm always feel better when i'm behind the scenes than in front of the camera that's for sure but you're doing great and we're glad you're here thanks corey you're sick Is it terminal? It's terminal. I don't think it's terminal. I think we're good. I just have this sound going off in my head. It's like, for the thousands watching at home and the millions out in attendance, let's get ready to rumble! Rumble! no we had uh being in the philippines guys has has like really reconfirmed like the excitement that's going around uh you know texacoin is candor and the entire utility case that we're carrying over there man did i see some business owners get excited about nectar pay and get excited about zero chill and the education of crypto you it's just it was just mind-blowing how across the world that all these people are excited so i got to come home and get back to work on zcu and uh we had an incredible public launch strategy today with the team that we just expanded once again. And so more news to come later on this week for that. Awesome. And I was just saying to Tim a minute ago, and he's traveling right now, so he couldn't be here. But I was saying to him, like, Nectar Pay is awesome. Did you guys realize how awesome Nectar Pay is? Like, it just works. No fees direct to your wallet. No drama. Like, it works. We came across an article, thanks to one of our miners, saying that that was a steak and shake, steak and shake. Is that the right? Yep. Bitcoin. Summarize it for me, Gage. The Bitcoin burger. That's what they got famous for. That's what they blew up with there a year or two ago. And there's somewhere where, yeah, the sales jumped tremendously for a fast food place, right? It's funny. We were at this blockchain futures conference. Ninety two year old burger chain sales jumped thirteen point eight percent. And they credit that directly to beginning to accept Bitcoin as a payment. So this thing is here, man. It's happening. It's happening now. And we've got the tools that everyone needs. We've got it like it's done. Now I've just got to get code out there so you can link it into your WooCommerce site or you can link it into your. What's the other big one that's not Shopify? Shopify is tough. I don't know. There's a bunch of them. Was it Stripe? No, not Stripe. I'm thinking Magento. So you need an e-commerce platform that allows you to integrate with a third-party payment provider. Shopify is closed. You can't get in there unless you go through their development system, which is locked down now. They've closed it out. And so that's a barrier. But for everybody else that's not using that, or for the people that are gonna use the e-commerce tools that we build, which are coming soon, it's spectacular. It just works. And I'm so excited to see more merchants using it, more merchants signing up, more merchants getting their terminals going, more transactions getting processed. You know, you can see it on the live page. You go to nektar-pay.com slash live And you can see the statistics happening right there. Like, we're just going to use this transparency thing in everything that we do and let it guide us down this path of leadership. But anyway, so Nectar Pay is happening, but there's corporate sales out there that we're going to start looking for. And Gage, you're going to start spending more time on this fair money project as well as we get these MSBs lined up. That's an exciting project for you to work on. Absolutely. Did we miss anything? Is there anything else that we missed that needs to be considered as we get started with tonight's call? One thing I'd like to throw out there, just because there was a question in the chat. Home miners, guys, Steve had built a calculator out there now that you can go to, and you can plug in your power rate and what in-home miner that you're qualifying for, and it will tell you if it's profitable or not. It's a super... super awesome tool and that may be the decision maker on whether you want a home miner or not so make sure you check that out and do that i'll have steve drop that in the telegram chats now so that way you guys can find that So let's talk about that real quick, because a lot has happened in the dev tech world in this realm recently that has taken us to a place where we are ready to start rolling out the home miners. Remember, we bought thousands of home miners to send out to people, specifically all over the state of Texas. We're relaxing some of those requirements a little bit to give us greater geographic diversity. but we couldn't do it because the pool wasn't working properly now the pool is working spectacularly so you go to pool.honest.money and it'll show you our hash power and you can now look at like historical hash chart and see that over the last seven days and this was an administrative thing not anything wrong with the mind but see that we've had extremely consistent hash power over the last seven days and You know, we're coming up on a month now of good and reliable, profitable mining. We just settled out our electric bill for Conroe was one hundred and eighty three thousand bucks for this month. And guess what? The mining rewards for Doge and Litecoin we picked up was, I think, about two hundred and ten thousand dollars worth. I'm going to have a page on that site to show you guys that we're taking the excess money. kicking it back into the main fund to cover our other expenses so that we've got more resources to put towards promotion, marketing, and getting this monster of an engine of ours rocking, roaring, and going back down the tracks towards the rocket or firing up the rocket. But that was a big thing that we were waiting for because if you wanted to set up a home miner, you'd have to go here and establish an account. So you'd go to this register LTC Doge thing and it creates your login information so that your mind is actually talking to our pull server and that the daily rewards that you would get from mining Litecoin Doge at home get paid out correctly. It's all done now. And I'll put together an email this week to start talking more about your claim of the at home money program. help secure the network, make it more robust and reliable. Again, we've got a lot of these machines and we want them to find good homes, but we only want that to happen if it in fact is profitable for you. And so with that calculator, now you'll be able to go through and figure out that profitability and find a creative way to use that thing so that it's making you a couple extra bucks. Maybe you've got solar. Maybe you're giving some power back to the grid. Maybe you've got free nights and weekends where you're from. I'm not really sure, but if we can find a way for you to mine profitably at home, then we'd love to have you help support and grow the hash power of our network. Very important, very valuable, and very much ready to go. I was going to show one other thing. Anyway, we've got people now connecting in the cafe. Please join us in the cafe and get your questions in there. Remember guys, we're trying to cap these calls in about one hour. We know your time is valuable and you've probably got better things to do than to listen to me drone on for like three, four hours as I did in the past. So we're going to cap these calls in an hour. We'll just add more calls as necessary if we've got more content to cover. Will Nectar Pay be made available internationally? Nectar Pay is available internationally for sure. Two things about that. Number one, you got to check with your country's licensing requirements and limitations. For example, in Thailand, I don't think you're allowed to accept crypto payments at your shop. That's really unfortunate for Thai people. So double check that. We don't want anyone breaking the law. Number two is you can use Nectar Pay with the terminal or you can use it as an app. If you go to nectar-pay.com, you can actually download, if you're on Android, as many people internationally are, you can download the APK file and then get a terminal experience right on your phone. for it to load here. I'll show you what I'm talking about. So you can do that right now. So you don't have to wait for a point of sale terminal in hand. You got it on your phone already? And it's really great. Somebody wants to pay you in crypto instead of being like, oh, I don't know how to do that. Just grab your phone, load the app, put in the amount and they get a QR code in any one of a number of different coins, currencies that they can scan, pay and be done right away. Very, very simple. Settles just like that. It's cool stuff. Please use these tools. Remember, guys, the ecosystem is all about utility. We started on a dirt road. We'll talk about that in a minute. And now we are playing at the highest levels. We've got the best PR company working for us. We've got the best attorneys working for us. We are creating tools and utilities that add value at the highest levels of this cryptocurrency Web three space. Not like, oh, we'll get to that someday anymore. We've got it now. In fact, I'll show you one thing that I just finished yesterday that I think is pretty cool. It's called Beavis. I think you guys have probably heard me talk about Beavis before. And I'm going to stop that screen here and start a different one share screen entire screen. I've got to go for an entire screen now. guys have probably heard me talk about beavis in the past blockchain enabled verification and information service that's what beavis stands for we got the word because it means proof in the nordic regions um but what this does is it allows you to publish something to the blockchain you know when i started out in this space everyone was just beginning to switch from like Bitcoin is really cool. ICOs are great too. Blockchain is really the heart of this financial technology that matters. Blockchain is going to make the world more open, more safe, more trustless, more transparent. Everything is going to be better because of blockchain technology. We haven't seen anybody use it except for us. Who is out there saying, well, we use blockchain technology to show you that the beef that we're selling in the store is actually real beef. It's not made in a like, three D printer. It's not imported from some country that wasn't able to sell it anywhere else. This is real beef. And you can trust us on that because we like have pictures of our farm and our supply chain, you know, like bills of lading and stuff like that's what you can do with blockchain technology, except no one's doing it. That's about to change because we're making the tools that are putting people in this space and elsewhere to the test. You talk about blockchain, go ahead and use it. Well, I don't know how. No, no, no. It's too late for that. We've made it so simple that anybody can do it and everybody should be doing it unless you got something to hide. By all means, you got something to hide. Feel free to like not use it. Corey and Jay and Thomas, we're going to remove you guys from the stage so you can see me bigger. You guys don't want to be on video. I just really like the idea of being just gigantic here. Like Eddie's hand for the last twenty minutes. Take us all off the screen but you, pal. You can have the show. We don't care. If Maddie wants you guys to be seen, then it's up to Maddie. But if you don't want to be seen and you remove your video, we're taking you off the stage. Anyway, I digress. We created this thing long ago called Beavis. And it's really spectacular and it works great. And I just rebuilt the whole thing because we had to upgrade our back end. People have been using the cold storage coins and stuff. And we had to fix some of those things. So I got this working now. And it's just another one of those utilities that gives us the ability to find more purpose and use for TXC. And if I can find my password here, I will show you in just a second what I'm talking about. There it is. And is that the website app.bevis.sg? Yes, but this is actually going to go away very, very soon. And the reason it's going to go away, I won't get into right now. It's a. long story that ended quite nicely recently, but we're gonna rebuild this as FileFingerprint. So filefingerprint.com will be the new website where you can go to find this tool. But if you go in and you check this tool out, you can go down to the me page. And over here, we've got the ability to fund a wallet for your notarization fuel. So if you wanna be able to post something to the chain, you gotta have fuel. And so you can load this up with a couple of TXC and we charge you ten cents or the equivalent, right? So you can do about five posts with ten TXC or is it twenty posts? I don't know. Oh, I didn't upgrade this yet. Long story short, utility is coming our way. We're building out and fleshing out the ecosystem and it's very cool. OK, I think that's it for our warm up. We've been thirty one minutes deep and I haven't gotten to my list, but we got a lot of new features, guys. There's a lot happening. There's a lot more coming and We're gonna do calls every night for the next six nights tonight included. So today, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, we'll conclude on Sunday night. As we break all these tools down, get your questions asked, I'll show you how to use this stuff. We'll record those videos so that we can play them back anytime, but there's a lot happening and you need to get up to speed now because if you want to participate, with this ecosystem and use some of those TXC that you've been mining over the last year or two, now's the time to figure out what the tools are that you can do. And if you go, well, you know, I'd really like to be able to do this. Fine. Build it. We'll show you how to do that as well. So tools are coming. There's a lot more happening. And we've got the cafe where you can go and ask questions. Please do that so I can cover them in the thirty eight, twenty eight minutes that we've got left on tonight's call. All right. I mentioned at the beginning of the call, season four is kicking off. You've heard us talk about seasons. You've heard us talk about chapters. You've heard us talk about phases. I don't know what the difference is between many of them. James, you can give me the phases. I know you've got the phases down. Well, the phases is what you talked about from day one. If we want to have a top crypto, we have to go through the four phases. Phase one, build a mine. Phase two, establish utility. Phase three, global expansion. And phase four would always been education. Nailed it. There's going to be a phase five in there as well. I think phase five is real world assets. I think we talked about phase five as being RWAs. We're not there yet. We've got a long way to go before we get there. But phase five is RWAs. And you can see a lot of my background now, Matty. It might be too much. Zoom in. Make his face bigger. I like this one. This one's good. This one's good right here. So those are the phases and you're absolutely right. I think there are chapters inside of the phases or maybe inside of the seasons. Maybe we should call them episodes and get ourselves more mentally prepared for our documentary that comes out at some point or the made for Netflix feature film, whatever it is. But we're starting season four today. I don't know if like we officially kicked off last week, but it's the first of September. It's a great day to start a new season. And I want to just run through the previous seasons with you real quick. Season one on a dirt road in McKinney, Texas. No idea what we're doing. Something's wrong in the world. The daughter's kidney is failing. We've got to find a way to keep moving forward, even though gold and silver coins are not selling like they once were. We know that the world's going digital. We got to figure this out. We've been involved in alternative currencies and cryptocurrencies for For sixteen years, we've got a seat at the table, but we need to start telling our story. That's season one. Season two is all about supercars, hot air balloons, trips and travel and excitement and growth. Season three was kind of dark. Season two ended with people getting killed off and, you know, the movies and me leaving on a one way flight seven plus months ago. That was the end of season two. Season three was all about, you know, looking inward, trying to figure out who we are, what we did wrong, why the state of Texas was not happy with our message. You know, we're trying to create value for small businesses and individuals and small towns. Like, what is it that we hate about this? Again, I'm not sure I understand. Legal fees and costs and setbacks and trolls and all that stuff. Season three was kind of dark. And so now we start a new, we turn over a new leaf. Can't say start a new chapter. We start a new season. And season four is extremely exciting. Season three officially ends with Verdict. But season four is already underway because we're moving forward. And that's something to be very excited about. We've learned from some mistakes. We've fixed a lot of things. We have improved across the board in almost every department. I can't think of any stone that we left unturned. We've made everything better over these last six, seven months. And now we begin season four. And part of the beginning of season four is the end of this identity crisis that we've got. What are we? We've got all these different pieces and tools and utilities and strategic angles and target markets. And there's just so much going into this thing. We really have to figure out what that is. And I'll tell you what that is on Thursday night. A little teaser there to join on Thursday night's call. But what I want to tell you, as we talk about the beginning of season four, is what it cost to get here. And it's a really big, important thing. Because at the end of tonight's call, I'm going to ask you to roll up your sleeves and to get back to work helping us build and grow, filling seats on the rocket ship, selling mining packages in places we're allowed to do that. But I'm going to ask you to do that. And you're going to go, you know, I don't know, man, this plan isn't quite as lucrative as the magic money comp plan that we had before. I got to like do some work now. And yeah, it's true. And some people are going to feel that way. Maybe not everybody. But I want to kind of just preview that request with a little reminder. And I'm not going to do this very often. It's not part of like how I sell. I don't sell on fear and I don't sell by making you feel bad. And I hope I don't make you feel bad with what I talk about in the next couple of moments. But I want you to understand. that there was a price that was paid for us to get to where we are now. And it was not a small price. And what it has cost us to get here, it's not perfectly documented over on the proof page, but there are a lot of details there that you can get directly to, so you don't have to take my word for it. You can trust, but verify, so to speak. So if you go over to the MindTXC page, click on proof, this is where we store this information. And it's not all here yet. I could show you a spreadsheet with thousands and thousands of transactions that have yet to be imported for millions and millions and millions of dollars. Every day I think of some new gigantic expense that hasn't made it onto the sheet yet. So it's not everything, but it's a lot. And one of the things that it does show you is how much we've spent just on our legal bills. Our legal bills so far in the proof system are at two point six five million. That's a new thing that started when we retained Quinn Emanuel back in February. Now, there are two line items up here that are zero. And these are zero because when we do the proof system, we only account for things we've actually paid. It's not like an accrual accounting system. It's a cash accounting system. It has to be that way because we put in a record of how we paid for it. We can't put in a bill that we haven't paid. But if you want to take a look at these transactions, you will get a feeling for the anticipated bill for June. And if you want to see it, there it is. Wait for it to load. Loading. There you go. Six hundred twenty six thousand dollars has yet to be paid for. We've got the resources. We just haven't paid the bill yet. Six twenty six for June. You want to guess what the July cost was? Who's got a guess? Should we give away some TXC for the closest guest? Closest guest without going over. And I hope you didn't cheat and already look. You have to participate in the cafeteria. We've got a place now where you can actually go. Yeah, which, Matty, where do we see the comments from the cafeteria? Are they just in the big, long thread with everything else, or are they in a different spot? They're not integrated into StreamYard, but Bobby's sharing them here on screen. Oh, gotcha. Yeah, you got to go to live, and then this is eventually going to live at live slash cafe. Anyway, ding, time's up. We incurred, for the month of July, one point six million. And so six twenty six plus one point six is two point to add that into the two point six five. That's already here. That's four point eight five million dollars so far. And we're not done. Five million dollars, guys, so far just on legal fees. I haven't added in the last couple line items of payroll. Um, but if you go back and you take a look at our payroll going all the way back, which we haven't missed, sometimes I'm like Saturday morning before it gets done instead of the Friday of the week that people work. But if you look at payroll, payroll was one point seven million dollars. An incredible amount of money to hold together the team that's continuing to lead the way in our mission. Add in an additional million dollars that we've spent on our projects. We spent three hundred thousand dollars so far just on nectar pay. Activity issues. Is it me? It's you. No, it's Eddie. Just Eddie. Too bad, Eddie. You're out. Take him off the stage. Oh, he's back. A million dollars so far. And that doesn't even count the million dollars that we lost on our our hacks, fail and bad debt thing for the disaster in Dubai. One point one five million. So there's another two million dollars there. So add it up with me, guys. We're at just under five million for legal so far. One point seven for payroll. That's six point seven and two for project development. That's eight point seven million dollars. Now, I want to just say one thing. And I'll say it because I was going through an old email account trying to get the shipping and fulfillment center tuned up. But somebody said to a response we sent out for an email about a call, hey, join us for this call. They said, nice try, rug pull. Like rug pull? Really? Do you know what that means? Do you know what exit scam is? Exit scam means you got the cease and desist and you take the money and you run. Number one, we haven't run. None of us have. Number two, we've invested, what did we say, five, six point seven, eight point seven million minimum since the cease and desist to keep this project moving forward. And it's a real shame that we've got to put that money into legal fees. It sucks. I don't like doing it. We didn't start this project so a bunch of lawyers could get rich. I want them to do a good job. I want them to make money. But that's eight million plus dollars that could have gone to us running away and disappearing. And it's not all of our money. We've got more. And so I just want to pause for a second to say I told you so not to pat myself on the back. But I want you to realize what it has cost physical money, fortune many times over. that we have spent to get to this point right now where we can look you in the eye and we say, we're going forward. Season four is here, it's begun, and we need you. We can't do this. It's not just us. Without a community of people, a currency is worthless. We can trade our little hobby coins back and forth between the four of us all we want, but without a community of people to give the currency its value, it's worthless. We've done our part. I did it in season one. I did it in season two. I did it in season three, and I'm doing it again in season four. The team did their part. You know, we didn't talk about the personal sacrifice that some of you guys, all of you guys have made. Pay cuts, you know, getting put on hiatus. You know, Maddie, we said goodbye to you for a couple months. We brought you back. We couldn't afford it. We have to stretch our resources as far as they'll go. This is painful stuff, guys. between the money we've invested in legal fees, the money we've invested in payroll, the money we've invested in new projects, and the personal sacrifice that our team has experienced to get to the point where we are right now. So we've got two things. Number one, absolute proof that this was not a rug pull and an exit scam. Absolute, quantifiable, undeniable proof. I dare you to challenge us on that one. And to have a killer team of people, leaders, a killer portfolio of tools and dev work and tech so that we can enter season four at the absolute top of our game, at the top of the industry. I don't know if we're going to do it, but I just got a message from Token twenty forty nine that said that they will put us on the main stage for a talk that we've wanted to do. We've got to make a substantial commitment in the sponsorship package arena. They said no, no, no, no, no. Seventeen times. They just came back right now and they said, all right, we'll do it. We'll put you and the top attorney in the world and the top PR people in the world and one of the top news outlets on the world on a fireside chat on the main stage at Token. be expensive. Not sure yet we're going to do it. But we are at the top of this industry now. Does the price of TXC on the open market reflect it? No, it does not. No, it doesn't. And I know that sucks for the people that are looking there saying, Wen Lambo, thanks for the patience. Thanks for the continued vote of confidence. I'm not asking for any kind of like high fives or pat on the backs for not rugging this project. But I want to remind you of what it costs for us to get to where we are today and that we are ready, willing, and able to move forward, but only with you. That's the only way this project works. And I'm not saying that because of the security rules and the how we test. I'm saying it because that's what a currency needs to be successful. It needs a community. It needs merchants and producers and buyers and traders and customers. It needs all of that stuff. Without it, we're just in a casino playing the gambling games with the crypto bros. This project is different. It's been different from day one. That's what's at stake for us today. Just want to briefly remind you, I won't say it again. I want to remind you of exactly just an idea of what it took to get to where we are today. I hope you appreciate it. I hope you recognize it. I'm not asking for thanks. Just go, yeah, could have rubbed. They didn't. Could have exited. They didn't. They kept going just like they said they would. Okay, so we don't have much time left. I've got to burn through the rest of this stuff, guys. And remember, we've got all week to talk about these things. But the second thing on my list to talk about tonight is what went wrong before and why it matters not. We spent months going through the dirty laundry, evaluating what went wrong, what went wrong. And I've got to remind you guys that whatever went wrong didn't happen on February eleventh. You know, that's just was like the cherry on top of our cake. We were dealing with things at the end of twenty twenty five. We were dealing with things at Christmas. We were dealing with things in early twenty twenty six. And what we're up against is the charts. What we're up against is the chart that we can all see. If you go to the home page and you look at this thing and you say, let's look at our money over the last fifty two weeks, you can see this. And this haunts me. This like plagues my nightmares because I say, man, we did this and then this and then this. What happened? What went wrong? Can we fix it? What happened here? Well, we spent months, we figured it out. We learned what it is and we learned why it matters not. It matters not because everything that we identified as being a core contributing problem, we have now changed. We've now fixed everything. I'm not only using hand gestures, but I'm also fighting a fly. There's a fly here. We didn't know. We had no idea what we were doing back then. Today we know. We didn't have a lot of upside for the network marketing professionals that we asked to come and join and help us build this project. going to talk a lot more about network marketing over the next couple weeks guys get used to it there's a way to do it that's good we did it that way we were on the stand we helped we told our story we stood tall we're going to keep doing that because we have to have incentive for us to build and grow we either pay the platforms or we pay each other where do you want the money to go into your pocket in my pocket or to zuckerberg's pocket But we had a plan that didn't have enough upside for the professionals that really know how to build these things. I don't know how to do it. I need them to do it. Guys like Thomas, he knows how to do it. He's looking at it and saying, well, I could do this other thing and make a lot more money. Well, that other thing might be a scam. Well, I can make a lot more money. We've got more money in the project now. And we did it without taking money away from the new guy that starts so that they've got just as easy an opportunity to make back their money as they've ever had. Totally important. It was just me back in the beginning. It ain't just me anymore. There's some really great people, people that are way better than me, the things that I need them to do. We had this thing called the Path to Sixteen. We were all looking at this price as we stair-stepped our way to sixteen. It's behind us now. The pressure of having to get there on a particular schedule is behind us, plus the industry is contracted by more than half. And so we only have to get to five bucks now to be a page one coin. We were already at five bucks, which means we can get back there again. So the future is much more known to us. We don't have like this magic ball or like this spirit guide. We've got a map now. We know exactly what we have to do to get there. And here's the last one, which matters not. We made it too easy. We talk about this one a lot. I'm not going to beat a dead horse with it tonight, but we made it too easy. And that's no longer the case today because I've got you. And I know that the people that are tuned in and are listening right now. are willing to meet me halfway with that equal exchange of value. Yes, it was great before. The magic money comp plan worked like a charm. People renovated their kitchens and they put additions on their house and they paid off mortgages and they bought new cars and they went on vacations. Great. And all of that is still possible and much, much more. But you got to work for it now. No more free money. I cut all that out. The magic money comp plan is gone and we're replacing it with the Level Up Comp Plan. I wanted to call it the Active Participation Plan for some legal purposes as well, but it's called Level Up. And I'm going to give you an extremely quick overview of it today, and then we're going to dive more deeply into it tomorrow because we're out of time. But I want to show you guys what it is, and I want you to be excited about it. going to try to open it in this window here are we not able to do those votes like we used to do can we vote for this one to go a couple hours this call we could go longer but we won't we're going to cut it off we're going to be respectful of people's time um this is what i call the level up comp plan okay Same thing that we had before. Three points left, three points right, a thousand bucks, six, six and two thousand bucks, nine, nine and three thousand dollars. The difference is that when you start now, you started a thousand dollars max. We stopped counting at three points left and three points right. And what that does is it means that you now have to maintain some of these very quantifiable metrics in order to qualify for the next level. We had too many people in the old plan that set up mom here and dad there and the brother here, and they were all getting paid. One sale came in, eight thousand dollars got paid out. It wasn't sustainable. And you know that anything that can't go on forever won't. We've changed that now with the level up plan. It smells more like a network marketing plan than the last plan. You don't know why? Because it is. There's nothing wrong, there's nothing immoral, and there's nothing illegal about affiliate, relational, relationship, network marketing, dare I even say MLM. It's not illegal. I know, I've got the best attorneys in the world now that work for us. Now, scams are illegal. Pump and dumps might have their own spot in like the criminal books. But a system that compensates people for referring others to a product is not illegal. Our product is a digital commodity. It's not illegal. If you don't like it, if you're turned off by people drawing circles and lines on the whiteboard, it's all good. You don't have to do it. It's a one-time fee. You'll put money in once. We'll never ask you for money again. You could put more in, but you don't have to. And we've got a product that you can't buy on the shelf at Walmart for ten cents on the dollar. can go out and buy TXC on the open market. And I encourage you to do that. In fact, we just built a promo into the join page so that if you want to join and pick up a handful of TXC, we'll give you extra hash power. But the point is that if you want to think of it like some scam, slimy MLM, you got it all wrong. I'm extremely proud of what we've put together. I'm extremely proud of and happy for the people that paid off mortgages and rebuilt their kitchens and bathrooms because of the work that we did. We did a great job. We're one of the biggest projects ever in the history of crypto. And you know what makes that so exciting? We're only at twenty three percent of our goal. Look at all the good that we did. Look at how far we got. Look at how big we got. Look how much fun we had. Look at how many people came together. at twenty three percent of our goal when you think that we have four times as far to go you go oh my gosh well let's go let's keep going that was a blast we can do even better now we've got so much more going for us oh and we've got a scanner and we've got zero chill so we've tripled our capacity now giving us way for international expansion and so now we're not able to go four times as far we're able to go twelve times as far So if you think about all that we did, all that we accomplished and all the fun that we had, all the money that we made on seasons one and two, think about how much bigger and better it can be in season four. As we open up these new utilities, as we open up these new parts of our ecosystem, as we expand and have this conversation of peace and prosperity through honest money with our friends all over the world, that's what's happening right now. There's only a couple differences between the old plan and the new plan that you should care about. Number one is you got to level up, okay? The free magic money comp plan is gone. I'm happy about that. You should be too. But here's what happens. As you look at these higher levels, you go, well, geez. That sounds awesome, but that's impossible. No way that I could get there. Oh, no, no, no. It's very possible. I know how many people would already be at some of these higher levels if they had qualified for some of these other simple requirements. I was trying to program the system for like a presentation mode so that I could actually share the administrative backend and show that to you. I'll do it with you tomorrow night because I want you to know that it's not just possible, but people have done it. But the other thing that's different, guys, and this is a really big thing, is that we don't award points now based on hash power commissions. This is probably the smoking gun. So imagine you joined, and you put your mom here and your dad there. And you said, OK, I'm going to build out my dad's spot. And he's going to take commission as hash power. all the time. He's going to get two for one. So he's getting like six hundred mega hash a week. What that does is it puts extra points up there for me. And now because somebody else is building that side and I get extra points and my commission potential increases, I'm just going to get an extra three thousand dollars there. So I got the six hundred mega hash commission and I got the three thousand dollars of cash. Whoa. That's how this thing started to go sideways. Now, it was like that from day one. But it didn't really matter until some really clever people came into our world and said, oh, if I put these people here and this people there and that people there, man, I can really game this system. And kudos for you. I encouraged you to find a way to squeeze this little comp plan of mine for all that you could. Some people did. Well, we've closed that loophole now. So now if you take your commission as hash power, it doesn't put new points on there. It also doesn't count that as a cash sale. And so our numbers won't scale as rapidly as they did in the past. But keep an eye on that because it's a big, subtle difference that means that this thing is going to stay way healthier than it did in the past. I'm very excited about that because a healthy comp plan, a healthy split between our revenue and commission is the heart of this thing. You guys remember tuning in for ninety eight weeks. I told you that was the only chart that I ever paid attention to. how's our revenue commission split because if our comp plan is healthy if our community is getting paid well and they're happy and our comp plan hasn't failed us this thing will continue to grow and then it started going to fifty two percent fifty five and sixty five we went oh no it's because those points from those commissions were going in there we fixed that so there's a lot more on top it's a very exciting program but i need you to be willing to go OK, all right, I'll do it. Bobby was very fair to us in the past. He treated us well. And now I'm going to roll up my sleeves and I'm going to get to work on helping build this project. I need you to understand that the expectation of profit from this thing has got to come directly from your participation. That's what a security is. I'm going to sit back, put my money in, buckle up and enjoy my seat on the rocket. No, no, no, no, no. We can't do that. It's a community currency. It wouldn't work anyway. But I need you to be willing to take a look at the new plan. Join me tomorrow night on the call and say, yeah, this is fair. This is fair. I'm going to get to work. I'm going to pick up the phone this week and I'm going to call everybody that I sponsored. I'm going to get them on a Zoom call. Some are going to be angry. Some are going to say mean things about me. Some are going to jump a plane and go over to China and drag that douchebag back there. It's an exact quote, by the way. It's okay. We're going to work through that stuff because honest money doesn't give up. It doesn't pivot. It doesn't rug. It doesn't exit. It keeps going. That's what we've got. And we've proven that to you now in more ways than one. That's our plan, guys. I'm excited about it. I'm happy with it. I like it. It's my plan. It's a plan that I can look you in the eye and tell you that it's going to work. We're going to talk on Thursday about why. But we need a solid plan that rewards the people that are willing to roll up their sleeves and help us build this thing. Look at it and go, all right. All right. Bobby says he likes it. He made it himself with the feedback of our community. I'm the salesman for this plan. I'm the guy that's going to look you in the eye and ask you to roll up your sleeves and help me keep building and growing. That's the only way we get to where we want to go. We're twenty three percent of the way there. We expanded. We added Iscan or we added Zero Chill. We now have three times the capacity. That means that we've got twelve times as far to go. That's an exciting thing because it means that there's way more upside for us than there was before. And I built this plan so that there's more on top for the people that want to step up to those higher levels and help us really crush it with this thing. That's it, guys. We're out of time for tonight. Let me check real quick to see if we've got questions. I told people to put questions in and now I'm going to like finish the call without answering the questions. Not cool. Is there a place where people can go and review this comp plan right now? I don't think so. You're going to wait and post it after you go through it tomorrow night. Yeah, let's post it tomorrow. Swap site is operational. Kenny, go to swap.honest.money. Hello, community. Got a thousand cash in hand from a friend. Do I sign him up in text point or a scanner? Depends on which one he wants. I'm going to have a new site for you tomorrow as well. So hold that thousand dollars and thank you for helping us fill these seats. Remember, not in Texas, not in Arizona. OK, are we able to buy and sell TXC now? We are still struggling with that. I'll be honest. We're struggling with our markets. We had a lot of eggs in our BitMart basket. It's really funny because they called me up and they're like, yo, do you want to put money into our VIP, ten percent yield program? And I'm like, I really do. I really do. But I can't risk our money. I really, really do. You sure that it's safe? Yeah, man. Totally safe. I'm like. can't do it i passed a week later they shut down and rubbed pulled our money pulled everybody else's money that's what a rug is oh we're just going to return everyone's money and it's all going to be fine did you get your money back from bitmart i didn't get mine that's a rug um one million for july attorney fees no one point uh no six hundred thousand for july and then august was one point six sorry about that Uh, kudos to this new format for asking questions and watching a lot of course, can we get ice cake ticker on the beekeeper app as it shows? Yeah. That's a good one. Let me make a note of that. Um, I would do it right now if we weren't out of time. Yes, I will get that going. So can people that live in Texas, if people live in Mississippi? Yeah, you can definitely talk to people outside of Texas about Texacoin and mining packages. The limitation is that if you're in Texas, I can't give you an option for hash power commission. I can pay you cash, but I can't give you hash power. That's a good question there, Prince. Hopefully that answers it. Bobby, Mr. Valentine, I wanted to know the process of redeeming my cold storage wallet and turning it into USDC. Look, that's a long process and I can't cover it with negative four minutes on our clock. It's not just copying and pasting the code. Tune in this week, we're gonna go through all the wallet stuff and I'll point you at the videos where we've got specific instructions on exactly what you need to do to take your cold storage, turn it into a hot wallet, transfer from a hot wallet to an exchange, set up a sell, limit sell order on that exchange. and then transfer from that exchange to a place like Coinbase where you can turn it back into dollars in your bank account. It's a process. And we've got more pieces of our ecosystem coming together right now to make that process easier and hopefully to keep more of those resources inside of our ecosystem. You'll learn more about those things this week as well. That's it, guys. Those are all the questions that I saw. Remember to get into the cafeteria if you want to participate in the live chat with minors and ask questions that I will go through. That is all the questions that are in the questions for the host section. It's going to take us a couple of weeks to get the hang of this new format, but I hope you've enjoyed tonight's call. I really appreciate your time and I hope to connect with you again tomorrow. Gage, what is it that you want to add before we go? Maddie's got an announcement. The winner of the Hunter TXC. Who is it? Who was it, Maddie? I changed my screen. Here it is. I sent it to you. It's our friend Jerry. Jerry Weir. He put in the closest number to one point six million without going over. All right. I'll send over a hundred TXC for you right now. Guys, thanks so much again for being here. Thanks to my besties. Sean, I see you hiding in the background there. Thank you for being here. Thanks for being in Texas. Thanks for all the sacrifices that our team has made. Like I said, guys, we're not looking for high fives. We're not looking for thank yous. We're not looking for, you know, Whitman samplers. We're just looking for a clear path to keep going with our passion, which is honest money. You guys have a great night. Maddie, take us out.
