By accessing or using mineTXC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. mineTXC is a community-operated dashboard for the TexitCoin network and is part of the Honest.Money ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, wallet keys, and any device used to access the Service. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Hash power & mining

Hash power purchases, bonus allocations, and resulting mining rewards are governed by the TexitCoin network and pool operators. mineTXC reports on activity but does not guarantee yields, uptime, or future rewards. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Prohibited use

Reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, or bypassing rate limits.
Submitting false information or impersonating another member.
Using the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
